I have the second iteration of my dream job working as a social marketing strategist at a place called Cake
The yummy treats Rosie and team provided. That snowballtini was a killer!! I iced the cupcakes, which sounds dirty, but it’s not ;)
Snowtini Recipe:
2 shots Irish Creme
2 shots Vanilla Vodka
1 1/2 - 2 shots Chocolate Liquer
- Shake with ice; Strain
- Top with chocolate shavings (Use a serrated knife to cut a bar of chocolate for quick n easy chocolate shavings)
*Note: you will get tipsy after one. two = tons of fun. don’t consume 3 or more in a work environment
